Privacy Policy

At TeleSTU, we respect personal privacy and treat user information with responsibility, confidentiality, and strict security. Our services involve device setup, digital configuration, account installation, cloud synchronization, eSIM activation, communication integration, and business device management — and because of this work we may request limited access to data necessary for completing technical tasks. TeleSTU does not collect more data than required and never uses information for purposes unrelated to service delivery.

All personal and device-specific information is processed under secure, monitored conditions. We store only the minimum amount of data needed for account validation, remote configuration, customer communication, and service documentation. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any personal details to external organizations unless legally required or necessary to provide the requested service.

We may collect or request the following information strictly for service execution:

Basic contact details, such as name, email address, and phone number needed to confirm identity and provide support.
Device specifications, including model, operating system, version, available storage, SIM/eSIM status, or installed security settings required for proper configuration.
Account access credentials only when absolutely necessary, such as temporary login, verification codes, cloud/backup authentication, or messenger account confirmation — used exclusively to complete configuration and never saved permanently.
Service usage information, such as troubleshooting logs, technical session notes, and device configuration status that help ensure functionality and support quality.
Payment confirmation data (excluding full card numbers) required for receipts, refunds, purchase validation, and regulatory financial compliance.

All sensitive information provided for remote work — passwords, access tokens, backup keys, PINs, verification codes — is used solely for the duration of the configuration session and erased immediately after completion unless the customer specifically instructs us to save settings. TeleSTU never keeps copies of private passwords, cloud backups, authentication keys, or login credentials beyond the live service window.

We implement encrypted communication protocols, session-limited credential handling, and access-restricted internal storage. Only authorized support technicians involved in the configuration process may view setup-related information. Users may request a summary of stored data, correction of any inaccurate records, or full data removal upon identity verification. We comply with legal privacy frameworks and cooperate with regulatory authorities when required.

Customer data may be retained in limited form for service history and device configuration documentation, including timestamps, type of requested setup, and success verification logs. This information ensures smoother future support, faster issue resolution, and warranty/fraud prevention. A client may request deletion of these records at any time, unless financial or legal retention rules require continued storage.

Third-party services such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Telegram, WhatsApp, mobile carriers, and cloud platforms may involve their own privacy policies. TeleSTU is not responsible for external platform data processing, but we configure settings to maximize user control, limit tracking where possible, and increase security across applications. Users are encouraged to read third-party policies directly.

TeleSTU values trust, safety, and confidentiality in every step of cooperation. We believe that privacy is a fundamental right, and we maintain strict internal rules to protect client identity, digital assets, cloud storage, communication tools, and business access. Choosing TeleSTU means choosing responsible device handling, discreet professional service, and transparent data control without hidden collection, profiling, or unauthorized usage.
