How the process works

Request & device info
Client fills out a short form: device model, OS, what exactly needs to be set up, previous device details. -
Remote session or guided setup
We either connect via remote support tools (where possible) or provide step-by-step live guidance in chat/video. -
Account & data setup
We set up main accounts, email, cloud, and start data transfer (if applicable). -
Personalization & optimization
Adjust notifications, interface, home screen layout, basic apps, and convenience settings. -
Final check & mini-tutorial
We go through the main functions with the client, explain what is where, and answer questions. -
Post-setup support
A short support window (for example, 24–72 hours) for quick questions and minor adjustments.
